I’ve been there. Back when I was managing my first few properties, I thought I had to be involved in every little thing. I believed that letting go meant something would break. Spoiler: what really breaks is your time, your focus—and eventually, your drive.
Too many short-term rental operators think chaos is part of the job. It’s not. If you’re constantly:
