We endorse candidates within 7 to 14 days of your kickoff call. You receive up to 5 candidates per role so you are choosing from a shortlist rather than accepting whoever is available.
You interview and choose. We do the sourcing, screening, and skills testing so the shortlist is already qualified, but the final decision on who joins your team is yours.
You direct the work. Delegate handles performance monitoring, HR, and management oversight in the background. You get the working relationship without the people-management overhead.
Your assistant works inside your existing tools, whether that is a cloud-based messaging and collaboration platform, emails, a PMS, or a project management system. There is no separate portal to learn or middle layer to route requests through.
Assistants provide their own equipment and workspace, so there is no hardware cost to get started. If your workflow later calls for something specific, like an additional monitor for multi-screen work, that is arranged between you and your assistant.
