Delegate.co Referral & Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Delegate.co Referral & Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before sharing your referral link.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open to both Delegate.co clients and affiliates who wish to refer business owners to our remote staffing services.

1.2 For Clients:

  • Active Delegate.co clients can refer new customers and earn rewards.
  • Clients cannot refer themselves or their own companies.

1.3 For Affiliates:

  • Non-clients (affiliates, influencers, business professionals, and anyone in your network) can join the Program and refer businesses.
  • You do not need to be a Delegate.co client to participate.

1.4 Participants must be at least 18 years old.

1.5 Delegate.co employees, partners, and affiliates may participate but are subject to internal approval.

2. Referral Rewards & Payouts

2.1 Referral Reward

  • You will earn $300 for each successful referral once they complete their first paid month with Delegate.co.
  • Your referral will receive $300 off their first month’s invoice as a welcome discount.

2.2 Payout Terms

For Delegate.co Clients:

  • Commission: $300 account credit
  • No minimum payout amount
  • Credits are applied after your referral has completed their first paid month
  • Credits can only be used towards Delegate.co services and are non-transferable

For Affiliates:

  • Commission: $300 cash payment via PayPal, Wise, or wire transfer
  • Commissions are earned after your referral has completed their first paid month
  • Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month

For both Clients and Affiliates:

  • Cash payouts require a completed W-9 form (for U.S. affiliates) or relevant tax documentation for international affiliates

3. How Referrals Are Tracked

3.1 Referrals must sign up through your unique referral link generated via HubSpot to be eligible.

3.2 If multiple affiliates refer the same person, the reward will go to the first valid referrer based on system tracking.

3.3 Self-referrals, fraudulent signups, or referring employees of the same company will result in disqualification.

4. Restrictions & Limitations

4.1 There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make, but all referrals must be genuine business owners interested in Delegate.co’s services.

4.2 Delegate.co reserves the right to deny or revoke rewards if:

  • A referral cancels their subscription before completing their first month
  • The referral is determined to be fraudulent or ineligible

4.3 Spammy, misleading, or unethical promotion of referral links is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

5. Program Modifications & Termination

5.1 Delegate.co reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

5.2 If the Program is discontinued, pending rewards will still be honored for valid referrals who have completed their first month.

6. Liability & Dispute Resolution

6.1 Delegate.co is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected payments due to incorrect information provided by participants.

6.2 Any disputes regarding the Program must be submitted in writing to Delegate.co’s support team within 30 days of the issue arising.
